We all carry something.
Books to a 7 a.m. class. A laptop that pays the bills. A week of clothes to a wedding three cities away. Every day, something has to be carried — and something has to be trusted to carry it.
That’s the whole job. It’s the only thing we do.
OUR NAME
Our name is older than we are
Long before wheeled suitcases and padded laptop sleeves, this region had the khurjeen — the woven double saddlebag of the nomads who moved through Persia, Afghanistan and Balochistan. One length of cloth, folded into two deep pouches, thrown over a shoulder or across a horse. Into it went everything a family owned on the move: bread, tools, cloth, the things that couldn’t be replaced.
A khurjeen was never decoration. It was trust. You packed your life into it, and you started walking.
We took the name because the job never changed. Only the journey did.
WHAT WE MAKE
We design our own bags
We’re not a shelf of someone else’s stock. Since 2017 we’ve been drawing, sampling and re-drawing bags for the way people here actually move — school bags built to survive a full year rather than a full term, laptop bags with the padding where a laptop actually lands, travel bags for the long haul, and everyday bags for the run to the shop and the run to the airport.
